What can I wash my hair with 5 days post FUE hair transplant? Doctor said hibbicleanse/Bactoscrub and shaving cream?

What to wash hair with 5 days post fue hair transplant doctor said first use 3/ 4 drops of hibbicleanse/ Bactoscrub on wet gauge and put on scalp also said to put 5 mins of shaving cream leave it and then wash after that followed by leaving aloe water for recepient and putting aloe lotion for donor..hibbicleanse doesn't sound right and shaving cream to soften crust idk confused as dr. said stick to this regimen we have been doing this for years...please help..??

I know smoking is bad for a FUE hair transplant, but is it the nicotine or the actual smoke that is most harmful?

Smoking is not generally recommended after surgery.  If you are concerned it is best to check with your doctor or quit smoking.Nicotine itself is not the issue.
