For several years now I have been self conscious about my face/head shape.I had a toxic ex parter who would bring me down by telling my face is too long.I have also had a couple of ither hurtful comments around this.Measurement wise my head height is average, but width wise a little below average. Are fillers are an option to widen my face and where would I get them injected? I feel I need to add 1 inch of width to my face and that should go a long way in reducing the perception of length.

Answer: Facial Width I'm not sure I see any problems in this regard. Both temples and jaw width appear appropriate. I would be concerned that adding volume would distort facial proportions and create an unnatural look.

Answer: Adding face width Hey Dan, thanks for the question. Sorry to hear you had these comments in the past. When assessing peoples faces we tend to see if the face can be split in to equal thirds including the forehead, mid face and chin. Looking at your pictures it appears your face does split perfectly in to thirds and this is considered a sign of beauty! If you wish to have your face appear slightly wider however you may well benefit from some mid face injections in areas where there has been some volume loss (as is true of everybody as we age). Best get an honest opinion from an injector who you trust. Good luck!
