What can I do about dry eyes after turbinoplasty?

After having turbinoplasty, my left eye is extremely dry. Eye drops do not help. This has gone on for 3 months causing blurred vision and discomfort

This location of the nose is notoriously prone to stubborn swelling. This is even more true if it was reduced significantly during surgery.  I usually recommend postoperative taping to encourage removal of edema and promote healing. Discuss this with your surgeon if you are truly worried. Good luck!
