Despite being in great shape and exercising regularly, I retain excess fat in my buccal pads and have a round lower face in general - its genetic. I am going to get surgery to improve this, but I'm just trying to decide what procedures would be best to help me achieve my goal. My goal is a more square, strong, conventionally attractive jaw and cheeks. I was thinking possibly a slight buccal fat pad removal & maybe jaw implant. Last picture is what i would like to achieve. All input appreciated.

Answer: Male Face Contouring There are several procedures available to help men get a more masculine and defined jawline. In a case like this one, I would suggest some liposuction along the jawline and potentially even up to the lower cheek area in make sure to create a chiseled appearance. Also, buccal fat pad removal is very popular and helps define both the jaw and cheekbones.Good Luck!
