24 y/o male looking to achieve a more square, masculine, angular lower face. What procedures would help me achieve this? (photo)

Despite being in great shape and exercising regularly, I retain excess fat in my buccal pads and have a round lower face in general - its genetic. I am going to get surgery to improve this, but I'm just trying to decide what procedures would be best to help me achieve my goal. My goal is a more square, strong, conventionally attractive jaw and cheeks. I was thinking possibly a slight buccal fat pad removal & maybe jaw implant. Last picture is what i would like to achieve. All input appreciated.
