Despite being in great shape and exercising regularly, I retain excess fat in my buccal pads and have a round lower face in general - its genetic. I am going to get surgery to improve this, but I'm just trying to decide what procedures would be best to help me achieve my goal. My goal is a more square, strong, conventionally attractive jaw and cheeks. I was thinking possibly a slight buccal fat pad removal & maybe jaw implant. Last picture is what i would like to achieve. All input appreciated.

Answer: 24 y/o male looking to achieve a more square, masculine, angular lower face. multiple procedures Male patients interested in achieving a more masculine /square/chiseled/angular facial look may benefit from several plastic surgery procedures like:-Buccal Fat removal: It removes the chubby cheeks ( or baby face look). to give a more chiseled and masculine facial look. It does it by removing the fullness of he lower anterior cheeks. -Chin liposuction: When patients have a double chin, it hides the definition of the chin and the jaw. Answer: Buccal Lipectomy and Jawline contouring Your options would include some lipocontouring which isn't to really remove fat but to create a plane of scar to tighten the skin along your jawline. This can then be combined with a buccal lipectomy which chisels your cheeks more and either a jaw implant or preferably filler. While the implant is permanent and a better option I would start with filler once to make sure it is something you like. You would need 1cc on each side. This can all be done under $5000 and maybe a little more if you are getting the mandible implant.
