hi i would like to know there is any way to reduce my apple cheeks. it make may face to chubby, ive already did a buccal fat removed but still looks too chubby on my upper cheeks. im going 5 times in gym every week and also i followed in restricted diet regards

The round face is not in these days. You have two options in my hands. The most effective is to create angles and sharpness around the area you do not like. In your case it is likely the cheek bone and jawline that need a bit of filler or implant to accomplish this.The second option is targeted microfacial liposuction. I am doing more and more of these. Many surgeons won't perform this becasue there is risks  but with the right equiptment and experience I have found it can be done safely. We are limited with the amount that can be removed it does make a difference.Hope this helps,Best of luck,DrC

Buccal Fat Removal only reduces the fullness of the lower anterior cheeks (chubby cheeks). It does not address the fullness of t he upper cheeks that gives the apple shape appearance of the face. The reason is because the upper cheek doesn't contain buccal fat pads.
