My preffered look is like the model Jordan Barrett. I have quite a chubby face with hardly an cheek bones visible. I hate having chubby cheeks.

Both implants and fillers in the cheeks can create good results for patients.  Both can build up the cheeks and help bring proportion to the face.  You must balance the pros and cons of each procedure and do what you feel is the best decision for you.

In general facial contouring is a combination of volume reduction in some areas (chubby cheeks) and augmentation of others like cheek bones, jaws, chin. This can be achieved with a combination of liposuction, facial implants and fat grafting. Usually a combination of different techniques and several surgical stages may be needed to achieve desired result.
