Hello, As a baby I had an epicanthic fold, but as i've grown I have lost it. Everyone in my family has them and I recently went to a plastic surgeon who did a virtual makeover, since then all I have wanted is some sort of surgery to change my eyeshape. I really want a surgery to make my eyes upturned and if possible an Epicanthic fold. Many thanks.

To recreate a fold in the inner corner of the eyelid is a challenging procedure as it means adding skin, and their needs to be some loose skin to complete this and any scars in this area have the potential to be more visible. The other consideration is that it can create the illusion that the eye is smaller that does not necessary result in an improved appearance.
