What can I do to fix a dent and fat loss in my face after PRP injections? (Photos)

Bruising can result from the needle, but the PRP itself will not cause fat loss. In fact PRP is the safest injection you can get because it comes from your own blood. I have done thousands of PRP treatments on all parts of the body and I especially like PRP under the eyes because it is so safe. You need at least 3 treatments of PRP to see any noticeable improvement.  It would be very helpful if you have some before pictures to compare. 

I suggest consulting with an expert to develop a treatment plan best suited for your short and long term goals. These fillers (Belotero, Volbella, Restylane Silk) are good for improving under the eyes, but keep in mind, a combination approach will give the most improvement. I don't believe it is possible to have fat loss related to PRP. If indeed there is a change, there was something else added to the PRP. Volume loss can only be corrected with fillers or fat grafting. Surgery or implants are an option but are much more invasive. I would take a close look at the before and afters. Often patients look at areas treated with much more scrutiny and didn't notice issue which were present beforehand.
