I had PRP injections done at the cocoon medical spa in ubud, Bali on the 28thof October 2019. Where the injection was administered it left bruising on the right eye and a broken vein. However the worst thing is it’s also left quite a significant dent under my eye, the skin now seems loose as if there has been fat loss in the area I’m only 26, and I’m wondering if this is something which will resolve by itself? And why has it happened? Fillers/fat grafting arenot an option for me.

We would not recommend this PRP it is not guaranteed to lighten the skin. If you're looking to treat the full body in one treatment it would require too much blood to be drawn for the treatment.

Yes, PRP can work great for this area. I like to use Prp in conjunction with Halo (hybrid fractional laser) or Contour TRL (full field laser resurfacing) for this area since these lasers can help remove old collagen to facilitate the transformation into new collagen.
Hi there, it seems to be that you are concerned about the shadow of your inner canthal eye area..so you can do combination treatment with prp + microneedling and mesotherapy. if you are looking for a quicker fix can try co2 fractional laser therapy as well
