A combination approach will give the most improvement. Fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve under the eyes. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery. We use PRP and stem cells there often. I suggest consulting with an expert to develop a treatment plan best suited for your short and long term goals. Best, Dr. Emer
Many of my patients love PRP injections for the under eyes as it offers an improvement with brightening. For optimal results, I would recommend a PRP injection every 3-4 months for persistent improvement until your goals are reached. I highly recommend that you seek your PRP injections with an experienced Facial Plastics office that understands your facial anatomy. Best, Dr. Anil Shah

Hi @ingridada! PRP injections are one of the safer under eye injections to get, but no aesthetic procedure is without risk. It is incredibly rare, but as with filler if administered incorrectly, PRP injections can cause blindness, infection, or internal bleeding to name a few adverse effects.
