This can’t possibly be done. It would drain your blood. I’ve not used Prp for skin lightening either. There are other systemic options like glutathione but topicals make more sense.
Yes, PRP can work great for this area. I like to use Prp in conjunction with Halo (hybrid fractional laser) or Contour TRL (full field laser resurfacing) for this area since these lasers can help remove old collagen to facilitate the transformation into new collagen.
