I'm a healthy man with a BMI of 25 and body fat of 25%. My waist is 34". I was heavier a year ago and was told I couldn't have hi def lipo. But it's the appearance of a 6pack that I want, not just slimming down. As per my new measurements above, am I a good candidate for Hi Def Lipo now?

With the measurements you provided above, you are definitely in the healthy BMI range for liposuction, and I believe you would be able to achieve some great results with the right surgeon. That said, be sure to do sufficient research on your surgeon -- look at their before/after photos of patients similar to you, not just anybody. The technique should change when performing liposuction on men. Too often, I have seen men come into my office with hourglass waists by surgeons who did not realize that men should be shaped differently. Depending on how heavy you used to be, you may have some loose skin afterward that can be addressed to a certain extent by liposuction. That is, liposuction causes a small amount of skin contraction, depending on how aggressive the surgeon is, but consider that some skin may have to be excised. Best of luck to you!
