Advise on doing Vaser lipo and Breast lift with removal of implants?

Dear Doctors, Having unsuccessfully tired 2 liposuctions in the past and not being happy with the results was thinking of trying to go for Vaser Lipo in the stubborn fat areas such as hips, flanks, bra roll, tummy, arms and lower jowl along with doing a breast lift and removal of my implants placed 9yrs ago. My question is can I combine the 2 surgeries without major complications and the results being compromised on the fat removal or should I separate the 2 surgeries for optimal results?

Many patients will undergo multiple procedures at the same time (i.e. 1 anesthetic) to reduce cost and have 1 recovery period.  Liposuction is commonly done with aesthetic breast surgery in fact.  This can be especially helpful in certain areas such as the ones you have indicated.  I will, leave request that the total and still time to less than 4 to 5 hours unless there are other concerns. Nonetheless I do believe that it is safe to perform multiple procedures at once.

Liposuction of multiple ares can safely be performed at the same time as breast surgery. These surgeries are often combined. Good luck.

Yes, multiple surgeries can be done at the same time. It is very common to do vaser lipo with augmentation/revision.
