Thanks for your question - I must say that is the first time I have heard that one. I always tell my patients, both male and female, to expect some unusual swelling of the "private parts" after having liposuction to the mons pubis. This occurs, because when one is standing or sitting, the fluid flows downhill and collects in dependant regions (like testicles and penis in the men, and labia in the women). This fluid is full of inflammatory mediators, so theoretically, that could translate into some passive inflammation of the nerves, which may explain your symptoms. That's my best guess as to what is happening with you. If that is the case, then things should improve with time. Since it has already been 2 months, some of the swelling will certainly have gone by now, but there will still be some remaining for up to 6 months post-operatively. Alternatively, it could also be coincidental and have nothing to do with your procedure. Certainly a decrease in size cannot be explained by liposuction to the mons pubis, however, if the mons pubis is still quite swollen, it can "hide" the base of the penis, making the penis appear to be shorter, even if it is not. There are many treatments available to help fix your problem, so I would recommend an evaluation by a healthcare provider who has expertise in ED. Platelet rich plasma is being used for, among many other things, penile injections to improve ED - this may be something you should consider along with getting your testosterone levels checked. Adding adipose-derived stem cells to the PRP injections may be even more beneficial, but this would require, at minimum, llimited liposuction in the office to obtain some fat, from which the stem cells can be extracted, mixed with PRP, and re-injected into the penis.
