Not happy with how deep crease looks after lower back/thigh lift - appreciate opinions (Photos)

Hi - hope you’re all well and keeping safe! I had a lower back thigh lift but I’m not happy with how deep is the crease looks now. Is the possibility of having the scars/cut revision higher would make an enhancement to the area? I photoshopped a pic of that’s would be possible to achieve. The desired look: higher shallow crease line to give more round no saggy butt. Appreciate your opinions. Thank you!
