Buccal Fat Removal can reduce the volume of the mid face, and by looking at the pictures, this could definitely be an option to help give you a slimmer, more narrow appearance. This could definitely be the right operation, especially on your right side which appears to be fuller than the left.

You present with a full lower face and the contour could be improved with buccal fat pad reduction. The removal of some buccal fat does slim the lower face but you might want to consider lower facial liposuction as well. Morpheus might be another consideration.

I don't know if you ever had a rhinoplasty surgery before, but you have a very bulbous tip and deviated nose. You can also consider a rhinoplasty surgery.

Hi there, you would benefit from buccal fat removal and liposuction under your chin to slim the face. I would not recommend liposuction to the face itself since as you age, you will need this subcutaneous fat. I have almost never seen liposuction of the face be performed well so be careful.
