I want to make clear I don’t mind where my breasts or nipples sit. I specifically do not like the large gap where my ‘cleavage’ is. I’m 26, no children, but look deflated as all my tissue sits at the bottom/outer sides. I want to have fuller cleavage, but I do not like the high/fake/round look. I’m looking for advice on if I NEED a mastopexy as well. I really do not want the scarring that would come with an anchor lift! The last photo is edited to what I want, no position change.
Answer: Breast Implants "Thank you for providing details about your concerns. Based on your description and the pictures you mentioned, if your primary concern is enhancing the fullness of your cleavage without altering the position of your breasts or nipples, you might achieve your desired results with implants alone. It sounds like you don't necessarily need a mastopexy (breast lift) if you're content with your current breast and nipple positioning. However, always consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon who can examine you in person and provide recommendations tailored to your specific anatomy and goals. "

Answer: Breast lift Thanks for your question! While the choice is always yours, I think that you will be disappointed without a lift. Your cleavage will not get much tighter with an implant. Your breasts will simply look larger. I would suggest an in-person consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!

Answer: Do I need a lift? An in person evaluation is best but from the photos alone it appears you will have the best outcome from a lift with implants. I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more about your options. I've included a video I hope you find helpful.

Answer: Bellesoma Method Many women do not like breast lift because of the vertical scars associated with the traditional techniques. An alternative was developed called The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Lift You need a lift, but could do well with the vertical lift and avoid the long underneath scar. With no lift, you will just have larger and still sagging breasts and the gap will not change. You would do best with a lift and placing the implants behind the muscle for better upper breast fullness and avoiding seeing the implant edge and have the round ball look.
