Two months past from your hair transplantation surgery ,so you can use a helmet and it will not cause any problem as your transplanted area is healed.
There should be no issue but it is best to check with your doctor who performed your surgery in case there are issue specific to your surgery.

At this point there is no restriction on what you can wear on your head-safety helmet,motorcycle helmet-no problem!
There should not be any problems wearing a safety helmet. Sometimes wearing hair pieces after a transplant can cause growth issues.
At two months post op you can wear a safety helmet and it will not effect your growth. Just make sure the inside of the helmet is clean.
2 months past your procedure, your transplant is fully healed and the grafts are essentially just as strong & permanent as your regular hair. At this point you can do whatever you'd normally do as if you didn't have a transplant without worry, including wearing a helmet. It wouldn't hurt to check with your doctor in case there's something unique to your procedure that would change this but if you're healing process has been normal then you should be fine.

If you are having issues after surgery, especially with "psoriasis" you should contact your doctor. There is no generic oil that you can use. You need to find out what is going on before thinking about treatment options.
If you have issues after surgery, it is best to follow up with your doctor. Sometime they are referred to as "J" hairs. It may be a technical issue. There is no clear research on this.
The redness after the surgery at the donor side is common . If you feel pain or anything else than you should contact your surgeon for post op care instructions.
