Difference of hair color in back of head in comparison to front. Any suggestions?

If your hair color is dark on the back donor area, it will be the same color when you move it to the front.  Only exception may be if your hair in the front is bleached from sun exposure.

The reason many people have blonde hair aside from the genetic inheritance of colors, is the effects of sun on bleaching the hair. The hair from the back when moved to the front will probably turn blonde when exposed to the sun as that is your normal hair color

The hair that is transplanted will take on the same hair texture, color and characteristics of the harvested hair.  If the hair color is different in the harvested area, the you can hair color after the transplanted hair grows in.
