Hello. I am interested in potentially getting Botox/filters around my eyebrow area to slightly change my eye shape and lift them. I want more horizontally elongated eyes with a slight positive cantilt tilt like in the bottom photo. Is it possible to achieve this with just Botox and fillers? Thanks.

When given in certain spots, your surgeon can achieve a “chemical Brow lift” with Botox alone. There are also many other options such as laser and chemical peels that can further improve the skin itself. Botox works by relaxing the muscles and usually needs to be repeated every 3 to 6 months.

Botox can create a conservative lateral brow lift, giving the eye a more open, well rested appearance. it does not change the shape of the eye. Fillers would not be able to change the shape of the eye either.
