4 months post hair transplant patch not grown! (Phoot)

If you are concerned please follow up with your doctor for an exam.  You may look worse after 4 months. This may or may NOT be normal.  You may have had graft loss after surgery. In addition, not all the grafts will take. Ultimately you won't really know until you see results in 6 to 12 months.

You should wait the full year but trauma/bleeding can result in lack of growth.  You can re-try to touch it up but depending on the reason the growth may not occur the 2nd time.  It is medicine and not everyone is the same and not all results are picture.s

Hair goes through its intrinsic cycle of growth and will grow out gradually. It may take up to one year for fill growth. You ned to wait and see the final result. 

Generally I would not worry at 4 months as sometime irregular growth occurs where one area grows faster than another area. What happened when you bled, did some of the grafts in this patch come out? You won't know for at least 3-4 more months.  

As hard as it is to wait and wonder, you really have no choice but to be patient and give yourself more time. Early growth is very often uneven but can even out over the course of a year. Then again, bleeding 12 days after surgery is not normal; presumably, you hit your head on something and may have traumatized some grafts. In the worst case scenario, if there is an area of poor growth at the end of a year, it would be a farly simple matter to address it with another small procedure.
