1 week post TT + knees and inner thighs lipo: are the following normal?

My tummy is more swollen and tight than in the first few days post the op. My lags are very painful when I walk. One knee is much more swollen than the other knee. I have no idea if this should be a normal recovery . .....:(

Thanks for your question. Without photos it is hard to comment, but yes it can be pretty sore after liposuction, and may remain so for several weeks after your procedure. Again is is quite normal for one side to be more swollen than the other. However you are hopefully wearing some compression leggings since your surgery, and this will help reduce the swelling.

If the pain and swelling of the knees still persist even at this time, it would be best to schedule an appointment with your board-certified plastic surgeon for an in-person examination. It would be hard to determine a complication without any photo. An examination would always be the most accurate diagnostic factor.
