Not happy with shape/size after TT. Are ab muscles at the tightest now or would they still need more strengthening? (Photos)

I had a tummy tuck, with muscle plication + lipo 12 weeks ago.While there is a great improvement overall, I think I had greater expectations of a flatter tummy. At times I still look slightly pregnant. I have always been an apple shape, never carried much weight, but when I did it went to my tummy, lending me to look pregnant even when not. I thought I would shake this look after the tummy tuck but not really. Does this look right, or can it be fixed? Could my muscles need extra strengthening?

Thanks for your inquiry,  if you can call your surgeon's office in Miami and speak to them ASAP they should be able to walk you through a plan which may or may not include a visit to to the ER, but at least you will have discussed other options before just going.  Good Luck.

Swelling will improve but fluid (seroma) needs to be treated.  You should returns to your surgeon’s office as frequently as possible to get repeated aspiration.  Eventually, it will go away or they will have to arrange for a drain to be placed.  Thank you and God bless.
