I got saline breast implants in Dec of 2014. I noticed a couple of weeks ago that one of my breast is lower than the other. Do I need to have surgery again to fix it? I have no pain. My surgeon said to allow more time for healing, but I'm concerned that one of my boobs looks saggy and the other perky. It really noticeable. Lately i been putting one of my bra straps higher than the other to make them even. Please help.

Answer: Your breasts are asymmetric in both volume and nipple location. If one is getting smaller, you could have a slow leak that you can confirm by using a molded cup (doesn't stretch) bra weekly to see if there is more space developing on the smaller side. If so, you have a leak. If you were like this a week post-op, then you may want o consider asymmetric fills to maximize the volume on the smaller side. But without the benefit of seeing what you were like before the procedure, what volumes were put in, and what you looked like post-op, its really impossible to speculate on what is happening.
