Will 400cc bring me to a DD? (Photo)

Your breasts have to go through the "drop and fluff" which can take up to 6 weeks following the surgery. I would suggest being patient in the early post-op period. Typically, 100-150cc will add a cup size so you should be close to a D-DD. However, keep in mind that all bras and styles are different. Best of luck!

Right now, you are very early on in the
post op recovery period. It will take 3-6 months for you to feel comfortable
having implants in your body and for them to settle. This time allows for you
to physically and psychologically adapt to your new body image. There are many
variables that contribute to a breast augmentation's final result. Preop size
and shape, IMF location, location of the implants and type of implant. Patients
heal at different rates and each breast will sometimes heal at a different
rate. You will not lose any
volume but the way your implant sits on your chest wall will change, and can
result in different ‘fills’ to your bra.  Rest, relax, recover and heal. Express your concerns to your surgeon so
he/she can examine you. Then reassess final result at 6 months.

advice would be an in-person exam.

You are way too early to see your final results. You are currently swollen (so your breasts will lose some volume) and they will settle over time which will make them look different and better.  At this stage there is nothing you can do but wait, follow your surgeon's post-surgical instructions and let's see what you look like at 3 months

Hello, generally right after surgery there is significant swelling that will gradually resolve, so the actual size might decrease slightly.  However, the shape will change so the perceived breast volume could also be different after several months.  It will usually take several months to get a sense of your final breast size.

You are early in your recovery phase and your breasts will change in shape and apparent size.  Your implants are under significant compression right now and will appear more flat.  As the implant settles over the next several months, you will have a better idea of your final size.  As far as a DD look, I am not certain that you will achieve that or based on your pre operative anatomy that it was possible.Best Wishes,Nana Mizuguchi

Hello.From your description of your pre-op size and the size of the implants, and your photo, you will likely end up a D-DD. But remember, bra sizes are not standardized-- so some may be a 34D and others a 34 DD.  It does take several weeks, and even months for  them to settle.Good luck!

You are very early post-op from a breast augmentation. Best to give it time to heal. Implant volumes do not correlate too well with bra dimensions.

Best to wait a few months to determine final results. But my over the internet guess is to small volume used. I might suggest 550 to 650 cc choice... 

Congratulations on having undergone the breast augmentation procedure. Online consultants will not be able to predict, with any reliability/accuracy, what cup size you will end up wearing. You will need to go bra shopping/fitting; in my practice, I ask patients to wait 3 to 6 months before doing so. Don't be surprised, at that time, if you end up different wearing different bra cup sizes, depending on who makes the bra. Generally speaking, I ask my patients not to communicate their goals and/or evaluate the outcome of breast surgery in terms of achieving a specific cup size ( given the variability in the measurement of cup sizes…).
