Best location in Canada for BBL, or should I travel?

Canadian women, 34 yo. I’m finally going to treat myself to plastic surgery. You only live once, and I’m tired just thinking of it. I’ve got my money ready. But.. I’m on this journey alone. So don’t know where to begin. I’m east coast Canada and wondering if I should travel inside Canada or just travel abroad? Does anyone have any good surgeons in Canada?
