Hello. As a dermatologist who has been doing Ultherapy for almost 10 yrs, I believe that this treatment should be done in a physician's office and not in a spa. I personally do each treatment as I believe that as a physician, I can certainly understand the ultrasound images far better than a non physician.If you need filler, it could then be done by your same physician whos does the Ultherapy.
