Madonna Eye Lift scars, will they go away? (Photos)

Question

I'm almost ten days out from the Madonna Eyelift aka CO2 laser treatment. I did have my full face done seven months ago, but needed more done around my eyes. It looks like I have two very deep scars by my eye. I never had these before treatment. Will this go await? Did they go too deep? It's only on one side. I feel like I look deformed and older than when I went in!

I recommend following up with a cosmetic dermatologist for after care recommendations. I suggest proper skin care at this time and around 8 weeks after the co2 laser treatment to start non ablative treatments (clear + brilliant or venus viva), microneedling/PRP, sculptra to promote healing and more collagen production.  Best, Dr. Emer.

I am sorry to hear about your situation. Fractional CO2 laser resurfacing is an
outstanding treatment that can address multiple aspects of aging in a single
treatment. It is difficult to make an assessment without before photographs for comparison. I tell my patients that scars can be addressed with further fractional laser treatments (with adjusted settings) and possible other non-ablative treatments. Please consult with a doctor for
specific recommendations. Good luck!
