I broke the right front tooth. Went in to my dentist to have it crowned. Left front tooth had a crack in it. Had both crowned at the same time. They would match in size, color and shape. They don't. Right is smaller and flat. Left is big and round. Right gum line is high and not laying on tooth. I have seen a second dds, but he is uncooperative in giving me a a report on my teeth that might be used to get my teeth recrowed. The right crown fell off, original dds just glued it back on.

Hi there,
There seems to be a leakage of saliva, and bacteria under the temporary crowns. This can cause staining under the temp crowns. The stain can be removed and I would recement the temp crowns with temp cement. I would get the permanent crowns placed as soon as you can.
