I would not recommend any bony work for you. You would get an excellent result with Forehead reduction surgery (without a brow lift) and a conservative upper blepharoplasty.

Hello. Hard to tell on pics but may have resected more corrugator muscle on one side. Or may have been there before and more noticeable. If there is a dynamic movement difference then maybe have him try Botox. But without a direct examination hard to tell for sure. Good luck
