Hello. I’m 30 y.o. Please can you advise me on what procedure may help me to achieve more open and cat eye look. My eyes set deep inside my scull and my orbital eye rim is protruding. Which procedure is more suitable for me? Temple brow eye lift and blefaroplasty or I need a orbital eye rim reduction and brow lift. And how safe is bone reduction procedure? Thank you

Hello. Hard to tell on pics but may have resected more corrugator muscle on one side. Or may have been there before and more noticeable. If there is a dynamic movement difference then maybe have him try Botox. But without a direct examination hard to tell for sure. Good luck
