I am 4 months post op ( tummy tuck with lipo) I actually had drains in for 3 months ( yes, 3months!!) I have been drain free about 3 weeks and my stomach is still numb and swollen which I expected but I suddenly have a large harder lump in the left side of my stomach that I noticed 3 days ago & is uncomfortable. no fever but I've been extremely nauseous all day today. Is nausea Normal this long after surgery and is it associated with a large seroma?
