Mirena and my hemoglobin level before BBL

I got my period the same they that I was gonna get my Mirena insert (March 26 2018) and today is April 16 2018 and Im still bledding from my period it is normal? Im having plastic sx on June 13 and I was wondering if this Mirena and period thing is gonna affect my hemoglobin.
