Can I do lipo with rectus muscle plication then instead of pulling the skin down, only remove skin that sits below belly button?

Interesting……... Can’t really say without photos or evaluation but some patients might qualify. That said, even if they do qualify, it would probably not their best option. If you are interested in having full tt results WITHOUT A BELLY BUTTON SCAR… it is almost impossible. Maybe a mini tt plus an inverted mini tt both with muscle repair.

Thank you for your question. This would be a mini tummy tuck with a rectus plication. Not all plastic surgeons offer this, as it requires some specific instruments and techniques to be able to tighten the muscle all the way up to the xiphoid. You should know, that depending on how much the lower belly tissue needs to be removed, your belly button will get pulled down. This can lead to an unnatural result. Good luck.
