I think you have received good advice from several other doctors regarding your planned liposuction procedure.  Their advice has focused mainly on your health.

Think for one moment about your child as well.  Although most of the medications that you will be given around the time of your liposuction are relatively safe during breast feeding, why would you take the risk?  Even if there is only a 1% chance of having negative effects on your child, that is still not an acceptable risk profile.

Wait until you are done breastfeeding, not only for your own benefit and probably improved results, but also to ensure your child's well-being.

I would wait until after you have finished breast feeding and u have resumed your regular menstrual cycle. a lot changes in your body fat distribution when ure pregnant and breat feeding. its best to do it after youre finished with all that.  

It would be reasonable for you to wait until you are done breastfeeding before having elective surgery.  If you do choose to proceed, make sure to discuss the plan with your pediatrician and plastic surgeon so that you minimize any possible risks.

Yes, please wait until you are done breast feeding before having any procedures.  Your body goes through hormonal changes that also affects your fat distribution during pregnancy and while breast feedings.  So, it would be best to wait until you are back to your steady state.  Additionally, why go through a procedure, have anesthesia, etc while you are caring for and nursing a new born baby?

While it is possible to have liposuction done while in the breastfeeding phase with some adjustments and preparation, the more important question is why should you for an elective cosmetic procedure. It is hard enough on your body to go through the trauma of surgery, why compound it by doing it while your body has the stress and hormonal changes of breast feeding. Planning for cosmetic surgery should be done when you are in optimal health and have no other conflicting medical conditions. 

Thank you for your question.  While it would be possible to undergo liposuction while breast feeding I feel that it would be in your best interest to wait until you are finished. You would not then not have to worry about breast feeding your child and you would be assured that your weight has stabilized. However, if your weight has stabilized you could have the surgery as long as make sure that  all drugs have passed out of your body before resuming breast feeding.  I would talk to your obstetrician about that matter.  

You can indeed have a liposuction procedure while breast feeding, though you will have to pump and discard until the medications used for the procedure and anesthesia have cleared your system, usually 24 to 48 hours. You can pump and freeze before to prepare. You are so close to the end, you might just wait the next six months for lipo.
