I think your concerns are very well founded.  Facial liposuction is very unforgiving and the correction of any deformity that results from surgery can be very difficult.  I would advise against it.  Seek a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who can listen to your concerns, examine you and explain the best option(s) for you.  Best of luck.

Congratulations on losing 130 lbs.  That is very impressive.  I really do not think that you will need any surgery at all.  Your skin will probably continue to shrink as you are 19 years old and your skin has a lot of elastic tissue present.

It is alway difficult to give a very precise answer to this sort of problem without a complete nasal examination. Having said that it should be possible to restore your nose to its original shape before being changed by the recent trauma.  Seek out a consultation with another board certified plastic surgeon who has a lot of experience with this sort of problem.  Best of luck.

Thank you for your question.  Ether method would work just fine for you.  Smart lipo is touted by those that own the machines to have some advantages over regular lipo however the jury is still out as to whether there is any real advantage.   What is much more important is to have a fully qualified and experienced surgeon  perform your surgery.  You should seek a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to learn more about your options.  Best of luck.

Thank you for your question. This is a judgement call as the answer will depend mainly on a physical examination of your breasts.  Furthermore there are many more factors to be considered such as your age, size of implants, condition of your skin, presence of ptosis, etc. etc.
