Could this be a lipoma on my chin? (Photo)

I had a consultation with a maxillo surgeon who did a 3D scan of my skull. My jaw is symmetrical. He told me the problem was soft tissue. However he didn't give much information about the cause of the bump on my chin. Could this be a lipoma?
