Am I a good Lipo 360 candidate? (Photo)

Based on your photos, you have some excess fat and skin of your abdomen, as well as your back.

In addition, on side-view, it looks like you have a rectus diastasis of your abdomen which is giving the appearance of a bulge.

Liposuction will definitely remove the excess fat and improve your appearance. You appear to have good skin quality so I think your skin will retract nicely.

However, your abdominal shape will not change. The only way to get your abdomen flat and tight is to perform an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck)

These procedures have different outcomes as well as recoveries and risks.

I recommend you discuss this with your plastic surgeon at the time of your consultation.

From your side view, your abdomen is protruding anteriorly. Your abdominal wall has been damaged from pregnancy. You would benefit from a tummy tuck. If you want liposuction, that can be done but will not be as effective as a tummy tuck and the skin may hang.

Consider getting on the GLP-1 agonist train to lose the 30 pounds that you have gained. It will allow for a slow weight loss process and better contraction of your extra skin. After that, you can consider whether or not you need further contouring with liposuction. Good luck!
