Question

Are my legs too big for lipo? I was just diagnosed with stage 2 lipo and looking for a plastic surgeon that can lipo my calf to ankle and inner thigh to inner knee. For now.

You would do very well with tum. lipo under local and get all around the  thighs and knees done in 1 procedure and then a day later do the calves and ankles.  All sizes benefit from lipo.

Surgery, and in particular liposuction, may be a treatment option for some to reduce the abnormal fat deposits caused by lipedema. Recommend that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who performs lymphatic sparing liposuction.

looks like you may have lipedema, you can get liposuction but if you have loose skin you may also need internal heating and/or skin removal. please see an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Dear SBP,
You will do well with liposuction of your inner and outer upper thighs and possibly your inner knees.
You should be wary of any surgeon who gets 'aggressive' in their liposuction as you already have moderate cellulite and should avoid further dents/skin wrinkling.  An in office exam would answer how your skin elasticity is.
The procedure is performed under sedation in the office and you are discharged home 30-60 minutes after the procedure.
