Hi I went to a doctor for "russian lips" and these two hooks or creases are very noticeable - wondering how to fix it? them idea was that my upper lip would stretch up vertically and i thought my lips would end up flat rather than puffy. ,my lower lip is still sore too

You may benefit from a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.
