After 3 months, kissing your boyfriend will be fine for your lips. However spikey beards can cause abrasions and acne on the lower face if you are kissing a lot!

At three months post treatment your fillers are well settled.  There is no harm in kissing your boyfriend even with a beard.  Depending on the filler used and the amount of product injected, lip filler typically lasts six to twelve months.
