Would lip filler or a lip flip be my best option? (Photos)

Lip filler can improve the drooping down of your lateral lip. It should be injected professionally by an expert in right spots and in right depth. Lip flip can give you 10% improvement.

Unfortunately, your photographs are limited. You may benefit from a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

It appears that an old scar close to the mouth corner has something to do with it. Injection of very soft filler (this may require board board-certified plastic surgeon rather than an injector) may be considered or even nano fat grafts. Good luck.

Filler primarily volumizes and even in the most skilled hands has only limited capacity to change shape of the lips without associated detrimental effects. Selective lifting, localized vermilion eversion, and/or combination approaches are my preferred permanent solutions for your issue. Another quite valuable factor is to adjust your viewpoint and augment recognition of your own unique beauty and the perfection of your existing features.

Hey. This is one of the most challenging kind of lips to be corrected by filler or neurotoxins. The best option here is a surgical approach via a modified lip lift with a wedge resection at the corner of the mouth to permanent lift the lips. The scar is well hidden and is continuous with the lip border. Fillers and neurotoxins in this area do not work well.

These photos are a bit difficult to examine, it would be beneficial for you to provide pictures of your whole face to get a better idea of the problem youre dealing with. With what I can see, I would recommend the lip flip, wait a few weeks to see how that evolves and examine if its best to apply more filler.
