My top lip has one side the droops down. I have had 1/2 syringe of filler done 2 times about 9-10 months apart and I didn’t really get the results I wanted. I was thinking of trying filler again, but I wanted to know if it is something that filler would be able to correct? I’ve looked into lip flips as well, but I’m not sure if I would be happy with the results

At 18 months, there is no filler left in your lip.
Having had it reversed should also confirm this.
Picture is a little bit difficult to interpret, but it looks like you have an Tyndel effect from filler which is probably not the correct diagnosis.
This could also be a mucosal.
I suggest suggest...
Most fillers dissipate over about six months.
Some patients report having long-term volume residuals long after the filler is gone.
This most likely does not represent the filler still being present, but rather a response to the treatment such as the development of inflammation and scar tissue...
I would dissolve as chronic nodules can becomeScar tissue which will not be dissolvable within hyaluronidase. I have dissolved many lil fillers. You will experience so swelling at first which will resolve. The skin will retract. I would wait 2-4 weeks until refill if you desire fuller lips.
