Thank you for your question! It's impossible to make exact recommendations without assessing you in-person. That said, based on your photos, it does appear that your Volift (marketed as Vollure in the United States) was injected too superficially, resulting in blebs of visible filler under your skin.  I would recommend following-up with your injector to discuss your concerns.  Luckily, Volift/Vollure can be dissolved using hyaluronidase, though it may require more than 1 session to fully reverse its effects. Best of luck!
