Is tendinitis a common result from Juvederm injections in the cheekbone area?

This is not likely due to your treatment. Swelling can be typical. Icing and cold compresses may give improvement. If it is after the two week wait, you can have the filler reversed with hyaluronidase.

It is highly unlikely that your "buzzing in the ear" and
"swollen eustachian tube" are related to Juvederm injections in your
cheekbone. I have used Juvederm products for more than 10 years and none of my
patients have experienced these issues. On the other hand, buzzing in the ear,
and eustachian tube swelling, are very common medical conditions. Unfortunately,
it is likely that it is just a coincidence that your ear issues started about
the same time that you had your aesthetic treatments. To be absolutely sure,
you should consider seeking an evaluation from an ear nose and throat
specialist who could provide the most are examination of each of your areas. I
