I just got my lips done about a month ago and felt the top was too big/ had some migration. The nurse saw the migration and treated it, but she put a little more in the sides on top where there was 0 filler. Everyone says my lips look good and natural/ they didn't notice but I just feel weird with my top being bigger than the bottom . Do you think a little dissolving on top + more on the bottom would look natural or would it be too much filler? I just feel like I have too much filler on top

Answer: Your lower lip is fine. Your upper lip, not fine. Please understand that most clinics and spas use "lip" designated hyaluronic acid fillers. These are generally runny products that minimize lumps and bumps. However these products can cause the the lip shelf that is a negative feature of your upper lip treatment. I would recommend removing some of the upper lip filler. Please understand that this is not rocket science. It is easy to remove too much or not enough filler with the enzyme. You should not get filler and enzyme during the same session. These services should always be separated in time in my opinion. Generally the lower lip should be stronger than the upper lip. However it is possible to have upper and lower lips that are approximately equal. Here your upper lip is too full and lumpy. If your injector can't help you, find a provider who can.
