Will adding more filler to the bottom and dissolving the top lip help me achieve a natural look? (photos)

FIller even if it is the same brand an reference does not always stay where it´s supposed to when you had previous filler, I'd suggest dissolving then completely and start from point 0

Hello, and thank you for your question. In general, it is normal to have a fuller bottom lip compared to the top as this is the most natural result. By looking at the photo, it does appear to be more full compared to the bottom. If you would like to have a more natural result, you could dissolve the top lip and refill or dissolve a little bit. However, the dissolving agent sometimes will take more filler than intended and you may not want it to do so. Additionally, you could place more filler in your bottom lip to help achieve a more natural result and make it fuller. I would recommend doing what you feel is best for yourself and consulting with a provider who can assess you in person and discuss your treatment goals. Hope this helps!

More filler can be added to the bottom only to achieve a more natural, desirable ratio. If for some reason you aren't satisfied after the filler is added to the bottom, then options of dissolving the top can be explored. 

Your upper lip, not fine. Please understand that most clinics and spas use "lip" designated hyaluronic acid fillers. These are generally runny products that minimize lumps and bumps. However these products can cause the the lip shelf that is a negative feature of your upper lip treatment. I would recommend removing some of the upper lip filler. Please understand that this is not rocket science. It is easy to remove too much or not enough filler with the enzyme. You should not get filler and enzyme during the same session. These services should always be separated in time in my opinion. Generally the lower lip should be stronger than the upper lip. However it is possible to have upper and lower lips that are approximately equal. Here your upper lip is too full and lumpy. If your injector can't help you, find a provider who can.

There is no right or wrong answer here - it all depends on what you prefer. If you prefer to have a more natural and proportionate look, dissolving the filler in the top lip can restore the natural shape and size of your lips. Depending on how much the size and shape goes down, you can restore the proportions by adding a little more filler to your lower lip and/or lower lip. Again this all just depends on how you want your lips to look and what you like most. Hope this helps!
