How common the type 4/late onset inflammation with lip fillers?

So how often is the type 4 late in set inflammation is with Lip fillers? I looked on the Juvederm website to find my injector as a provider and she is not listed there. showed me the filler box and looked legit. She is a PA-C i googled her and she looks legit. Only that two times already after lip injections i had this type of inflammation-allergic reaction that happened to me. I had lip fillers 5 years ago and this never happened. Can she buy it from other place other than the Juvederm website?

Hyaluronidase is unfortunately the best way to dissolve or get rid of filler. I do not think that any sort of laser treatment will help at this point seeing as the filler has been in place for some time and even then, lasers do not typically dissolve or melt filler. The only other option I can...
