I don't know what this is called but it makes my nose look like beak smh. Can this be fixed??

What is the line down the middle of your nose? The line down the middle of the lower portion of your nose appears to be the dorsal septum protruding slightly. Did you have a rhinoplasty? If the line is Cartlidge it can be trimmed surgically. Seven

You look like you may have a small polybeak deformity.  It can be fixed.  It involves a revision with removal of a small amount of scar tissue or inadequately resected cartilage.
