I had tear trough filler in both my under eyes just over 3 weeks ago and have been left with a puffy under eye I have been back to the nurse who carried the procedure she said it maybe my lymps nodes and i may need to massage area more ive been doing this yet no improvement. She has also recommended i have more filler a bit lower down because of loss of volume may even this it out im just worried that if i do this again another issue may occur and more filler will be required which i didnt really want.

Its hard to say without seeing you in person, but from what I can tell you have a couple options. The injected filler seems to be swollen/retaining water so taking some of the filler out with hyaluronidase could help smooth the area. The other option is to support the filler that is...
Hi @sophiedog1. 24 years of age is not too young to start dermal fillers. You should also start a skin care regimen including Vitamin C, Retinol, and sunscreen. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
