How can I remove the fake filler from my face after biorevitalization?

Hello ! The one doctor inejected into my face and under my eyes the one fake filler. It was like biorevitalization but with fake filler. It has been passed already for 6 months and didn’t pass anything from my face. I have papules and because of that appear blue spots under my eyes. I did laser treatment, injections by preparation called diprosman and nothing help . I already don’t know what to do

This is difficult to answer without an in-person evaluation and not knowing what filler you were injected with. It may need to be removed surgically.  If it is causing inflammation, antibiotics and steroid/5FU injections can be used to calm it down. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Firstly, I am very sorry that this has happened to you. 
Secondly, it is difficult to give advice without an inperson assessment and knowing what you were injected with.
If this is a HA type filler then I would start with hyaluronidase injections to try and dissolve any residual filler. If not, then steroid type injections (like diposman) and antibiotics would be the next thing to try. If all of these fail then you may need surgical  removal of the filler and any associated infection/granuloma etc.
I would suggest arranging to see a certified plasric surgeon for an inperson consultation.

It is hard to tell without evaluation.  You have to know the type of filler.  Is it hyaluronic acid or calcium hydroxyapatite.  If it is hyaluronic acid, you may be able to dissolve the filler.   Please make an appointment with a qualified medical provider.  Good Luck!
