More visible wrinkles after Fraxel. Can I still be swollen?

Under my eyes seems to have more wrinkling and lines 2 weeks after my laser treatment and I'm still extremely dry, and my festoons seem much worse. Is that because my skin is a bit thinner right now, can I be still swollen?

You need to hydrate your skin. This is why things look worse now. The festoons are worse because of swelling. It's way too early to judge results. Wait at least a few months when the collagen has kicked in.

You will have to be patient after your fraxel treatment. I recommend getting hydrated which will help; finally, it takes a few months to see the benefits of collagen ingrowth.
