Is there a way to make my lower eyelids smaller naturally and permanently? (photos)

I have big lower eyelids and I've been trying to find out for the longest if it is possible to get normal lower eyelids like most people have (picture attached) ? Please help! Thank you!

Hello, unfortunately it is impossible to really custom make or totally recreate a body part or organ in and exact manner such as the eyelid that you have submitted as an example.  It is hard to say exactly from the pictures but there are some attributes of the eyelid that you proposed especially losing some of the "bags "of the lower eyelid.  As far as that she shortening the lids horizontally that is not really something that is done for cosmetics and is usually reserved for reconstruction of traumatic defects or skin cancer lesions in that area.  A proper evaluation the office would be important to determine what Danny cannot be done in a realistic basis.

Lower eyelids are designed to distribute tears across your eye so that they stay lubricated. They serve this function mostly by staying tightly approximated to the eyeball and as the eyeball moves the lower lid distributes the tears. The lower lid stays in place by the muscle pulling tightly to hold it in place. This muscle, the orbicularis oculi muscle sometimes bulges as it serves its' purpose. The bulge you talk about is your muscle and it is very important to function, so my advice is to leave it alone.
